Newly modified 75105 Falcon on the left. Right side is the mid-size Falcon and it has almost perfect shape.
The original 75105 is way off from the correct ratio of the front and the position of the cockpit
Now the angles are making sense.

How did you increase the angle on the mandibles? Are the entire mandibles physically angled in a bit?
ReplyDeleteYou have to take the cockpit out and put it a bit side way and backward. Then you mount the cockpit again with smaller plates under it. The "tunnel" to the cockpit has to be moved two studs backward. The compartment behind the cockpit reduces into half of the long triangle.
