You have to take the cockpit out and put it a bit side way and backward. Then you mount the cockpit again with smaller plates under it. The "tunnel" to the cockpit has to be moved two studs backward. The compartment behind the cockpit reduces into half of the long triangle.
Is is possible you could do a YouTube video or an odd file of all your modifications to the cockpit and mandibles so that other enthusiasts like my self can replicate this beautiful piece of work you have here??
How did you increase the angle on the mandibles? Are the entire mandibles physically angled in a bit?
