This set is a rare good set from LEGO compatibles. If I'm not mistaken, it is US$24 with free shipping. The size isn't too big. It uses the designs from other city building sets. You can modify it a bit to extend more depth to match other City buildings.
It comes with an antique car and a gentle man taking his girl to the hotel for dinner. A hotel staff is expecting them at outside. The printings on the figures are not too bad. The roses in the girl's hand are unique item made by this set.
The roof design looks very familiar. The one who designed this set knows LEGO CITY buildings very well. Everything is quite detail. My only complaint is the quality of the bricks. Some of them are a bit loose and a bit tight. More you contact with Non-LEGO stuff (compatibles) and more you love LEGO. Its plastic's hardness and flexibility are very good. Those from China or KRE-O still need years to catch up.
OK. Let's look at the back.
This hotel is only 8 studs deep. After using the space for walls and decoration, the interior only has 3 studs deep. That's why you need to mod it a bit to match the CITY buildings if you are building a LEGO CITY street. The restaurant level is pretty nice. I guess I will work on it once I have space.
