Lego Star Wars: The Last Jedi AT-M6 Modification 1

Modified a few things to the set. The back was 2 studs taller. The big cannon at the back and the front legs were updated. Head was still a problem (not even close to the design). Stay tuned.

Lego Rogue One Imperial Hover Tank Modification Update 2

Lego Star Wars: The Last Jedi AT-M6 (75189)

My first impression: Studs and lots of studs showing.

Because of cost control, AT-M6 is much smaller than it should be. The size is almost the same as the last AT-AT set. From trailer's scene, I can see AT-AT is only 2/3 height of AT-M6. I will see what I should change when I have time to build this.

The Lego VIP poly bag set looks good. I think I will build it once I have time.

Lego Star Wars TIE Silencer Modification 1: Lego Designers Hate Kylo Ren

Let's jump to the conclusion :-) I think Lego designers hate Kylo Ren so much. If not, they wouldn't build Ren's Shuttle and TIE Silencer badly. Yes, two times already.

Actual, Silencer's windshield part should be like the photo below. Lego's model was like a flat 2 x 4 red window. The original design was quite streamline. I believe there are lots of ways to fix the problem. I just changed it with a quick fix. At least, it looks much better from top view.

My quick fix. I may come back to rebuild it later.

Now, the top view is better

I think Lego's designers just hate working on Kylo Ren's vehicles.

Last time in The Force Awakens, Kylo Ren's shuttle was badly built at the front and the color was totally wrong (It should be black. Not dark grey). The wings were fixed. From the bright side, you might say... Lego designers gave consumers a chance to have fun on modification.

My little quick fix for the shuttle

I fixed the front and wings but I gave up on changing the whole thing into black.

Star Wars AT-AT Head Shape Modification

The original head shape was quite off.  I just changed it a bit to make the head looked smaller to match the body size.

Lego Millennium Falcon (75105) Modification Update 2

Newly modified 75105 Falcon on the left. Right side is the mid-size Falcon and it has almost perfect shape.

The original 75105 is way off from the correct ratio of the front and the position of the cockpit

Now the angles are making sense.

Lightsaber Duel on Naboo: A Small Modification

It's small modification of Lego 75169 - Duel on Naboo set which is a small set with ONLY ONE WALL. The main change is the different open direction of the beam wall that stopped Obi-Wan from helping his master during the lightsaber fight with Darth Maul.

Because of limited space at home, I can't build a scene with correct ratio. It is fun to look at the iconic scenes when I walk by them. This modification is totally painless and easy. Anyone can do it if you really like this scene in Episode I.
